Cassie Simone grew up in Northeast Ohio as a first-generation American in a Filipino immigrant family, where her love of performing began somewhere between discovering the "Making of Miss Saigon" documentary on VHS and mimicking her Lola singing while she washed the dishes.
That love eventually led her to the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where she studied Musical Theatre, and then west to the City of Angels. Since then, Cassie has built a dynamic career across stage, voiceover, and live entertainment on premiere stages across the country—starring in productions like Hair, On This Side of the World (world premiere), The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Rent, and Disney’s Frozen: Live at the Hyperion. Her work behind the mic has been just as varied, spanning pop music tv and film placements, animation, audiobook narration, Grammy-nominated concert work, and even crossing the pond to lend her voice to a musical animated film at the legendary Abbey Road Studios.
She is drawn to work with humor, heart, and a touch of irreverence, bringing equal parts warmth, wit, and fearlessness to every project - and, above all, never forgetting the little squirt on the left who loved it all so much.
